Non cereal
2 tbsp of linseed1 tbsp of chia seed
1 tbsp of sunflower seeds
1/2 tbsp of sesame seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Natural yogurt
A handful of berries
I mill the linseed in a small grinder for a couple of seconds, But I leave the rest whole. I think milling the whole lot makes the mixture a bit pasty. It has a nicer texture with most of them whole.
Mix it all up in a cereal bowl making sure you have enough yogurt to make it nice and easy to spoon.
The quantities are rough here, but this works out well for me. Blueberries are good as well as raspberries. Grapes a no no though as they have too much sugar. You can sprinkle sliced almonds over the top if you like.
Remember that it's ok to have nothing at all some days. The mini fast will do you good. But failing that this is a break from eggs.
